Service Description
You know the saying: "Work smarter, not harder." Let's be real. Your body works incredibly hard every single day... but have you ever considered how efficiently you're moving? Are you interested in leveraging something as simple as proper movement to reduce pain and improve your overall quality of life? During this one-time session, I will perform a structural/postural assessment from your feet and ankles all the way up to your head and neck. I will also assess your ability to perform foundational movements like an overhead squat and lunge. Depending on your abilities, there may be time for additional movement assessments. Based on my assessment, I will provide suggestions for increasing flexibility and/or strength. The goal is for you to walk away from this session with a plan to start moving and feeling better physically throughout the day. This assessment is ideal for adults who are new or beginner exercisers and would like to build a foundation for proper/efficient movement, adults returning to a more active lifestyle but worried about (re)injuring themselves, and/or adults interested in improving overall posture and reducing current or preventing future musculoskeletal pain.
